Sous costs $19.99 a month for the whole household: one plan, everything included. It starts with a 3-week free trial, and you don't need a card to start.

What Sous Chef includes
There is one plan, Sous Chef, at $19.99/month. It includes:
- A weekly meal plan built around your calendar (or around what you tell Sous about your week)
- One grocery list for the week, sorted by aisle, that you can check off, add to and share
- Recipe cards with the amounts for your household
- Changes any time, by text or on the dashboard
- Plans that learn from your ratings, notes and feedback
- Texts, or Quiet mode: no texts, with the plan on the web and an email when it's ready
- Two adults in one kitchen, each with their own login, texts and calendars
Groceries aren't included: Sous plans the meals and writes the list, and you shop wherever you like.
The free trial
The trial lasts 3 weeks (21 days), and you can start it without a card. If you add one, your subscription continues at $19.99/month when the trial ends. If you haven't added one by then, you aren't charged.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, including during the trial: on the Billing page, choose Manage billing and cancel in the secure Stripe portal.

If you've added a card, your subscription continues at $19.99/month. If you haven't added one by the time the trial ends, you aren't charged.
How do I cancel?
On the Billing page, choose Manage billing and cancel in the secure Stripe portal. You can cancel any time, including during the free trial.
Can my partner use Sous too?
Yes. Invite them from the Your kitchen page. You share one weekly plan and grocery list, each with your own login, texts and calendars, and either of you can confirm the week. One subscription covers the household. Two adults per kitchen is the limit for now.
